Expected Role

We would expect this staff member to take ownership of your project. They should be able to build the team, infrastructure and tools needed to execute the project successfully. Experienced in most aspects of modern app development and technologies, this team member will be your most valuable asset, and as such hold the greatest responsibilities.

• Be a single point of engagement for the business to initiate and delegate all new work
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) with internal and external stakeholders at all levels;
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct, motivate, manage, develop and align technology teams;
• Demonstrated success in managing highly secure infrastructure systems and technologies including AWS;
• Research and evaluate a variety of software products useful for the company and its customers or clients;
• Manage and oversee development for required client projects;
• Strategies on improving current project development practices, standards, and ensuring streamlined systems;
• Provides an access point for key information flows and exchanges and provides an escalation point for resolving support/issues;
• Excellence in expert level development coding in a variety of languages;
• Assisting in complex coding issues and troubleshooting.
